Ingredients

  • 100 grams Butter
  • 25 grams Soft Brown Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons Golden Syrup
  • 225 grams crushed Digestive Biscuits
  • 150 grams Raisins
  • 225 grams Milk Chocolate
  • 100 grams White Chocolate optional

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add butter, sugar, cocoa and golden syrup then heat it in a saucepan over a couple of minutes.
  • Then add crushed biscuits, raisins and dried fruit.
  • Then mix it well.
  • Next press into a 20cm square greased tin.
  • Melt 225g milk/plain chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water, pour on top and smooth over mixture
  • Mark into squares and chill in fridge for an hour or so before cutting.
